减肥计划
早餐:
吃水果,和蔬菜果汁
午餐:
吃一些可是不要吃饭太多(饭会令人肥胖),吃蔬菜少吃肉类.
晚餐:
7pm就不准进食,6pm喝牛奶或soya powder
不知会用多久时间才能减到13KG呢?
我是想用三个月,可能吗?
